In September 2011, Gama! celebrated its fourth anniversary, and to
commemorate our brief time, albeit full of achievements, we are launching a new
website, breathing new life into our presence in cyberspace. The new website is
integrated with social networks, it has a blog and tools for sending and
receiving files (gamati.wetransfer.com), it features a more modern and lighter
design (created by the Sete do Nove agency's creative team), and it is now
closer to a true representation of who we are and what we have built over
recent years.
Of course, we cannot forget to include the premiere of our blog, which
contains news about Gama!, interesting articles, tips, trivia and humor; but it
will always maintain the world of translation as its theme.
How is this a reflection of how much we have
grown?
Because since 2007, the international scenario has been everything but
tranquil. During the last four years the greatest international economic crisis
in history occurred, a period of turbulence that affects international
transactions and that has yet to end, despite some smoother times. Still, a
climate of nervousness and uncertainty remains in the air. This has had a
significant impact on the translation market, with prices dropping, the fight
for survival becoming more heated, and demand falling.
Yet even in this somewhat inhospitable environment we believe that
efficiency, commitment, and quality are always important edges. And they have
been. We have seen constant growth in every period. Satisfied customers from
the most diverse economic sectors and successful projects in more than 30
different languages, in the most varied combinations.
In addition to satisfied customers across Brazil, Gama! also provides
translation services to clients in Italy, England, France, Spain, Columbia, the
USA, and Belarus. We are constant growing internationally, even though our
focus in recent years has been the domestic market. The quality of our services
has been recognized beyond Brazilian borders and has naturally attracted
clients from around the world.
Yet this focus on the Brazilian market does not mean that we are not a
global player and that our Brazilian clients do not benefit. Because we
translate into any modern language, our wide network of service providers
includes teams in North America, South America, Europe (including Eastern
Europe), Africa, and Asia; all of this is aimed at always having the right
professional at hand for each project, ensuring quality and precision in our
translations.
We must further note our constant presence in the simultaneous
interpreting market, where, despite our short time in the market, we already
have a significant portfolio of events, carrying out international events of various
sizes in every month of the year and where we have already offered services not
only in São Paulo but also in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro,
Paraná and Rio Grande do Sul, and in Brasilia. Whether with interpreting
services or equipment rental, our customers are always satisfied and rely on us
more and more, year after year.
So with this short summary of our history, we invite you to get to know,
like, share, add, tweet and, well, connect with Gama! online.
Thank you!
The Gama! Team
